Service Awards



Completion of Field Training
This ribbon is handed out to those who have successfully passed their academy exam and have been inducted as a Police Officer.



Field Training Excel
This ribbon is handed out to those who have exceeded in passing their academy exam with a near-perfect score and have been inducted as a Police Officer.



The Francis Mitchell Award
This award is handed out to those who have performed excellently throughout the entirety of the recruitment process, and as such have been inducted as a Police Officer. This award may only be distributed by the Director of the Field Training Officer.



2 months service award
Has been serving the force for atleast 2 months.



4 months service award
Has been serving the force for atleast 4 months.



8 months service award
Has been serving the force for atleast 8 months.



12 months service award
Has been serving the force for atleast a year.



15 months service award
Has been serving the force for atleast 15 months and more.


Command Ribbon
Awarded to those who have become a member of the
commissioned sector of the Los Santos Police Department.


High-Command Ribbon
Awarded to those who have become a member of the
High Commissioned sector of the Los Santos Police Department.


Detective Crime Investigation (DCI) Ribbon
Awarded to those who have successfully become
a member of the Detective Crime Investigation.


Field Training Officer (FTO) Ribbon
Awarded to those who have successfully become a member
of the Field Training Officer.


Public Affairs (PA/PR) Ribbon
Awarded to those who successfully become
a member of the Public Affairs Division.


Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Ribbon
Awarded to those who have successfully become a member of
Special Weapons and Tactics unit.


High-Speed Interception Unit (HSIU) Certification Ribbon
Awarded to those who have successfully become a certified member of the
High Speed Interception Unit of the Vehicular Support Division.


Air Support Unit (********) Certification Ribbon
Awarded to those who have successfully become a
certified pilot of the Vehicular Support Division.


Advanced Driver (HISU) Award
Awarded to those who have shown outstanding driving skills on the streets,
not only during vehicle pursuits, but also during regular patrol.


Advanced Piloting (********) Award
Awarded to those who have shown outstanding flying skills in the skies,
not only during pursuits but also during regular flights.


Detective of the Month
Awarded to the utmost dedicated and active detective at the end of a month.


Firearms and Tactics Training Award
Awarded to those who have successfully passed
the Firearms and Tactics Training.


Distinguished Service Award
Awarded to those who have proven to be professional on a daily basis
and have proven to be a good leader while in the line of duty.


Chief's Personal Award
This award can only be handed out by the chief himself.
Awarded to those who have been exceeding expectations during field operations,regular frontline duties,
or administrative duties, anything which is considered outstanding in the eyes of the chief of police.


Awarded to those who have demonstrated impeccable, meritorious service;
have maintained a clean disciplinary record, conducted themselves professionally
to a level surpassing peers, and continue demonstrate great capability.


Award of Valor
Awarded to officers who have been performing exceptionally
well in the field in order to save other human beings.


Marksman Award
Awarded to those who have proven to be a great shooter
during trainings but also in the line of duty.
